Simple and clear layout and menu systems provide your management with a complete scenario of incidents, securing control, communication and command of the situation.
CIM includes tools for all aspects of incident and crisis management, including risk and vulnerability analyses, contingency planning, daily incident management, training, and crisis management and evaluation. CIM also includes quality assessment modules.
CIM is a module based tool. You simply select the modules you need to make your own version tailored to your event needs.
Customers
CIM is already installed in more than 550 private and public businesses, operating in the areas of public transport, transportation, shipping, offshore, power supply and manufacturing. Client examples are Color Line, PGS, Marathon Petroleum Company, OFFB, The Norwegian State Railways (NSB), all Norwegian ministries, the Norwegian government's Crisis Management Unit, the Norwegian Police and the Red Cross.
During 2010, CIM will be implemented at the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning, the Norwegian Civil Defence, in every one of Norway's 430 municipalities and in the administrations of all 19 county governors.
